Every enquiry goes through our ticket system so nothing gets lost in an inbox and you get a reference you can quote back to us.
Evaluating the software. Ask for a walkthrough of the modules you care about. It helps if you say roughly how many beds, how many outpatients a day, and what you are running today.
Deployment and customisation. We install it, migrate your existing data, and change what needs changing so it matches how your hospital already works.
Found a bug. The public issue tracker is usually faster, because the whole team sees it and so does everyone else running the software.
